Our Rates
Our Rates are fiercely competitive, and, in a lot of instances, much lower than the competition. With other companies you're charged for drive time. Not with iFix.* Also, other companies will charge you one flat rate regardless of whether or not their techs are calling for technical support on a product or actually doing work. Not iFix. We understand that sometimes the questions you may have, or the problem that we are facing, is beyond our current knowledge. If that occurs our support rate is cut in half for the duration of the time that we spend on the phone or finding the answers for you.
We're a Small Company
Here at iFix we're a small company, probably just like you are. We understand that your money is valuable and you want to feel like you've spent it well. It's not uncommon for our techs to give you time back toward your rate whenever they feel that it's warranted. It's also not uncommon for a tech to work for free if he's trying to learn new info that will answer a question or create a solution for you. We want you to be happy, and we want keep you as a customer.
We Never Try to Sell You
iFix does not, and will not, sell hardware or software. That way you can be sure that we're not trying to sell you anything that you do not need. Of course we'll handle all recommendations, as well as handle your ordering for you, but you can rest assured that iFix has nothing to gain from your purchases.
No Commission, No Overtime
iFix does not pay commissions to their techs so you never have to worry about them trying to stay on the clock longer than necessary. At the same time we don't have an issue with staying after business hours or even on weekends - no overtime fees apply.
*a $20.00 driving fee will apply to customers more than 30 miles away.
